Return and Exchange Fees: In our commitment to providing enhanced service, we gladly accept customer return and exchange requests. However, please be advised that any fees associated with the return will be the responsibility of the customer.
Returns:
Shipping Responsibility
- We kindly ask our valued customers to manage and cover the shipping costs for any returns. This ensures a smoother process for both parties.
Condition of Items
- Your satisfaction is our priority. However, please note that returns can only be accepted for items in their original, unaltered condition. We regret that we cannot accept returns for clothing or related items that have been damaged post-delivery.
Return Timeframe
- To provide you with the best service, we request that any decisions for returns be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Rest assured, we will endeavor to process your request promptly within 48 hours of notification.
Refund Process
- Upon receiving and confirming that the returned items meet our criteria, we will gracefully proceed with a refund via your original method of payment.The time frame for refunded money to reach a customer's account takes 15-30 working days for the refund to arrive.
Exchanges:
Before Shipment Exchange
- Should you wish to alter your selection before dispatch, we invite you to do so without any additional charge. We simply ask that you clearly specify your new choice. In the event that your new selection carries a higher value than the original, we would require the payment of the difference.
Exchange During Transit:
- If your heart settles on a different item while your original choice is still en route, kindly inform us of your new preference. To accommodate this change, a modest fee, comprising the shipping cost and a 10% handling fee of the item’s price, will be applied. This fee contributes to the care and management of the item in transit. Should your new choice exceed the price of the original item, the difference would also be required.
Post-Delivery Exchange:
- Upon receiving your item, if you decide on an exchange, we request you to return the original item. Subsequently, please share with us the details of the item you now desire. The shipping cost for the new item will be your responsibility. In cases where the new item has a higher price, the additional amount would be necessary.
For both refunds and exchanges, the initial step for customers is to contact liekaesilk@gmail.com. Following this, they need to provide relevant information such as the order number and photographs of the item to facilitate the process. This procedure applies universally, ensuring consistency and efficiency in handling both refunds and exchanges.
